1. How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery time within the United Kingdom is 3–5 business days after your order has been processed. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat shipping rate of £5.99 applies.


3. Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments only via PayPal for secure transactions.


4. Can I return an item?

Yes, you can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened coffee, used appliances, and products without hygiene seals cannot be returned. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.


5. How do I request a return?

Contact our customer service team at contact@espressoliverpool.shop with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide instructions and a pre-paid return label.


6. How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method used when placing the order.
